What I Offer as a Counsellor and Gestalt Psychotherapist
As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist grounded in Gestalt therapy, I offer a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative space where you can explore the emotional challenges you're facing. Whether you're navigating depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, bereavement, pregnancy and infant loss, overwhelm, or trauma, I work with you to develop greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of relating—both to yourself and to others.
Gestalt therapy emphasizes the here-and-now experience, helping you to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside in the face of pain or survival. Together, we bring compassionate attention to what is emerging in the present moment, which can support healing, insight, and meaningful change. Through this process, you can develop a stronger sense of self, reclaim your inner resources, and move toward a more integrated and empowered way of living.
My approach is relational, experiential, and tailored to your individual needs. I walk alongside you, offering support and presence as you make sense of your experience and rediscover your capacity for resilience and growth.
